Location:
Redland
Scope of Work:
A rear extension to a semi detached 1930s dwelling. There is a significant level difference between the ground floor of the house and the garden and the challenge was to create additional living space linking these two elements. The glazed gable and glass balustrading provides a visual connection between the upper level and the garden. The steps down provide access to the new living space and utility room to the side. The utility room, at the garden level, provides a back door access to and from the property.
