Location:
Bishopston
Scope of Work:
A new single storey rear extension to extend the living space at the ground floor level and to create a utility area and WC. Planning restrictions mean that the height at the boundary with the neighbouring property cannot exceed 2 metres. The utility area and WC are at a lower level with internal steps to the new dining area. The new extension, which extends across the width of the garden, creates a courtyard to the rear living room. Steels are introduced between the new kitchen and new dining area to open up the spaces and increase the light into the rest of the house. The new extension has flat glass roof lights to maximise the light further.
