Location:
Henleaze
Scope of Work:
Loft conversion to semi detached 1930s house to create master bedroom and en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. The new stair to the loft is designed as a continuation of the existing stair from the ground to first floor and uses a similar balustrade and handrail to achieve this. The loft conversion has a dormer to the side and rear to maximise the space and extend the existing hipped roof. Roof lights located in the bathroom provide a cross flow of ventilation with the doors and windows in the rear dormer. Eaves storage is provided on the landing as storage is at a premium with the loss of roof space.
