Location:
Flax Bourton
Scope of Works:
Complete refurbishment and modernisation of a 1970s detached house. The project included the removal of some previous alterations including an internal staircase and rationalising of the structure to remove awkward angles. All the services were replaced and a new kitchen, utility and bathrooms created. A new discrete staircase, utilising one of the angled spaces, was created to access the large first floor living space. The ground floor living spaces have a beautiful ash floor and new powder coated aluminium windows and doors have been fitted to the large openings. Bespoke storage was designed and fitted to many of the rooms to suite the client’s exact specification.
